HENRY MEDIA (“we,” “our,” or “us”) may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools and technologies to enhance internal operations and client solutions. This AI Policy explains how AI may be used in connection with our services and website. This policy applies to AI usage related to our website and general service operations. AI functionality implemented within client projects is governed by separate agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and project-specific contracts.

We use AI as a tool to enhance efficiency, creativity, and problem-solving. AI does not replace human oversight in our development, consulting, or delivery processes. All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed and evaluated by our team before implementation in client-facing solutions.

At this time, our website does not rely on automated AI decision-making that affects users.

If AI-enabled features such as chat assistants or automated responses are introduced in the future, they will be clearly identified as such.


AI in Client Solutions

HENRY MEDIA may design, develop, or integrate AI-powered features into client applications, including but not limited to:

  • Workflow automation
  • Data processing
  • Predictive or generative tools
  • AI-assisted content workflows
  • Intelligent search or response systems

AI functionality in client projects is implemented only with client approval and is governed by contractual agreements.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of AI-powered systems complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

  • We follow applicable data protection practices
